Jennifer Warren, J.D.

 Litigation & Business Manager/Mediator & ADR Trainer

     A native of Hampton Roads, Mrs. Warren graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1996, where she majored in English with a concentration in Psychology.  In 2000, she graduated from Regent University School of Law, where she focused her studies on Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Since 2001, Mrs. Warren has provided ADR services in both family and commercial matters, including real estate matters, as she is also a licensed Realtor.  In addition, Mrs. Warren has taught numerous ADR courses through Old Dominion University both locally and abroad, in addition to providing team-building training and Managing Workplace Conflict courses to businesses and organizations throughout Virginia. 

     Having worked with the firm since 2001, Mrs. Warren wears many hats, coordinating litigation for the firm’s larger cases and overseeing initial intake and evaluation, management of key client interaction, trial and witness preparation, communication with experts, and jury selection.  Within the firm, Mrs. Warren also manages the Firm’s associates, staff, and financial affairs.  Often taking a personal interest in the cases in which she is involved, Mrs. Warren has been instrumental in implementing the firm motto of “leaving each client in a better place,” both within the firm and for its clients.
